SHAH ALAM, APR 3: The State Government is studying the best mechanism to grant leave to civil servants who need to take care of their sick children and parents.
Health, Welfare, Women and Family Development Exco, Dr Daroyah Alwi said a mechanism was proposed by Teratai and Damansara Utama Assemblyman in a previous discourse.
“Teratai and Damansara Utama proposed a three-day leave to care for a sick child or parents. Thank you for this good proposal.
“The State Government will evaluate and decide on how to implement this mechanism,” she said the 13th Selangor State Assembly Session today.
Commenting on Skim Pedul Sihat, Daroyah informed that panel clinics under this scheme are better equipped and offer more treatments such as x-ray, qualified doctors and many more.
