SHAH ALAM, March 20 — The Bubur Lambuk Cinta Ramadan team today distributed 2,500 packs of bubur lambuk in Section 14 here.
Selangor Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) company tax audit section (Shah Alam locality) state operations director Shahrul Niza Bishahrin said the programme, held in collaboration with KDEB Waste Management Sdn Bhd (KDEBWM) and Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd, aims to extend support to the community and employees of participating companies.
“Apart from the employees of participating companies, bubur lambuk will also be distributed to surau around Shah Alam, continuing an annual tradition made possible through collaboration between state and federal government agencies,” he said at the programme.

Meanwhile, KDEBWM corporate services senior general manager Ahmad Rizal Mohd Daud said the company contributed RM4,000 as part of its corporate social responsibility initiative.
“We have allocated 600 containers, which were distributed to employees of KDEBWM, KDEB ICI, Media Selangor, Sinar Harian, and local residents.
“We hope the programme will strengthen cooperation m between the collaborating agencies while also spreading more blessings during the month of Ramadan,” he said.
From 9am, around 80 employees from the participating firms worked together to prepare bubur lambuk.
