SHAH ALAM, March 16 — Repair works are currently underway to rectify roads and drains in areas under the Hulu Selangor, Sepang dan Selayang districts by Infrasel Sdn Bhd.
The state road maintenance company said the works are being carried out along Jalan B113 Batang Kali - Ulu Yam Bharu in Section 1.50 - 1.80 of Hulu Selangor.
"As of March 14, the works have reached 75 per cent," it said on Twitter.
In Sepang, Infrasel has carried out road repairs along Jalan B48 Jenderam - Sepang, and in
Selayang the works involve the drainage system at Sungai Tua, along Jalan Sungai Tua - Ulu Yam.
"As of March 14, the works have reached 70 per cent," it said.
On January 15, Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Amirudin Shari announced RM50 million would be allocated for paving projects, involving the maintenance and widening of roads under state management.
Previously, state executive councillor for infrastructure and agriculture Izham Hashim said large-scale road paving works throughout Selangor will be carried out in March, for the convenience of users.
