SHAH ALAM, Aug 9 — The ongoing asset upgrading and maintenance works on the Sungai Rasa Water Treatment Plant now stands at 85.3 per cent, said Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd.
It said the upgrading works for the water supply system is expected to be completed by 9pm tonight.
"The water supply will begin distribution to consumers in stages once the system has been stabilised.
“Air Selangor will continue to mobilise the alternative water supply via water tankers to affected areas, with priority given to critical premises including hospitals, dialysis centres and funeral parlour,” it said in a statement.
Consumers can obtain information on the scheduled water supply disruption from time to time via Air Selangor’s official communication channels, namely the Air Selangor app, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, or contact the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300.
Inquiries and complaints can also be submitted to the Help Centre via www.airselangor.com and the Air Selangor app.
