SHAH ALAM, Oct 16 — A total of 59 areas in Klang, Shah Alam, and Kuala Langat are facing unscheduled water cuts following a pipe burst in Section U11, Shah Alam.
Pengurusan Air Selangor (Air Selangor) in a statement today said the incident was due to land reclamation projects by a third party at the Worldwide construction area, which resulted in excessive pressure causing the pipe to burst.
“Water tankers will be mobilised to the affected areas to help the consumers,” said Air Selangor.
