SHAH ALAM, APR 24: State Legislative Assembly (DUN) Taman Medan received an allocation of RM30,000 from the State Government for the construction of Surau At-Taqwa Desa Mentari.
Members of the State Council (ADN), Haniza Talha said the notification is received through an official letter by the state administration of the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (JAIS).
"Hopefully after this we get the support of all parties in order to raise funds for the construction of this mosque.
"Thanks to Dato’ Menteri Besar, Dato' Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali for his concerned about the needs of the people," she said on Facebook.
Earlier, the allocation approved under the Trust Fund Committee Rentals Land Development Jais meeting on March 23.
