SHAH ALAM, JUL 25: Consumers in several areas in Kuala Lumpur are facing temporary water disruptions due to mechanical and electrical difficulties at the Segambut Pump House.
Kumpulan Air Selangor (Syabas) Corporate Communications Head Amin Lin Abdullah said repair work is being done and is expected to be completed by 8 pm tonight.
He said all efforts are being made to finish the repairs as soon as possible and that water supply will be restored in stages after repairs are complete.
The areas affected are Segambut Dalam, Segambut Tengah, Segambut Bahagia, Tmn SPPK Segambut, Jln Segambut, Tmn Segambut, Tmn Bkt Segambut, Bkt Prima Pelangi, Tmn Sri Sinar, Tmn Sri Bintang, Langgak Tunku, Istana Negara, Jln Tun Sambanthan and Jln Sultan Abd Halim (Jln Duta).
Also affected are Persiaran Duta, Tmn Tunku, Sentul Pasar, Bandar Baru Sentul, Batu Kentonmen, Tmn Pelangi, Jln Ipoh Bt3 – Bt5, Tmn Dato Senu, Kg Perwira, Jln Kepong Lama, Tmn Batu, Sebahagian Jln Sentul, Tmn Sentul Jaya, Kg Chempedak, Jln Bandar Dalam, Kg Chubadak, Tmn Kok Lian, Kg Sri Batu, Tmn Kaya, Tmn Rainbow, Tmn Eastern, Kg Medan Wira Utama, Tmn Impian, Tmn Bamboo, Tmn Tasik Indah and Tmn Flora Impian.
