TELOK PANGLIMA GARANG, Dec 2 — The Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs), via the Malaysian Islamic Economic Development Foundation (YaPEIM), is looking to regulate the collection of humanitarian donations by non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
