KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 18 — Over 80 per cent or 7,306 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are holders of Malaysia's Halal Verification Certificate at the moment, said the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Mohd Na'im Mokhtar.
