KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 6 — Part of Sungai Besi Expressway (Besraya) will be temporarily closed to all vehicles from 11pm tomorrow (November 7) to 6am on November 8.
Besraya (M) Sdn Bhd, the concessionaire of the Sungai Besi Highway (Lebuhraya Besraya), in a statement today, said that the closure on both directions was to make way for developer, Kenwingston Land Sdn Bhd, to carry out works on a pedestrian bridge at KM10.4.
“The pedestrian bridge is part of infrastructure facilities for residents in the surrounding area. Users from the city centre or Kuchai Lama can use the route in front of Central Resident and Kenwingston Avenue to go to Sungai Besi or Putrajaya as an alternative,” according to the statement.
Highway users are advised to follow directions and safety signs provided to ensure smooth travel.
