KUALA LUMPUR, June 19 — Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd is providing free shuttle vans between KL Sentral and Parliament in conjunction with the 15th Parliament’s Third Session Second Meeting from June 24 to July 18.
It said the T851 vans are an alternative mode of transport to ensure convenient and smooth travel for those heading to Parliament, and aims to reduce parking congestion.
“This service also provides users with the opportunity to plan their travel time.
“Rapid Bus invites all parties with business at the Parliament building to take advantage of this free van service,” it said in a statement today.
The free vans will run from Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm, at 30-minute intervals during peak hours (7am to 11am/4pm to 8pm) and 60-minute intervals during off-peak hours.
The T851 vans will pick passengers up from the Express Rail Link Departure Hall at KL Sentral, as well as the Taman Botani Perdana multi-level parking, for a 15-minute 5km ride to the Parliament building.
