KLANG, April 29 — The Pulau Indah area is set to be developed with another new housing project, further supporting the local economic ecosystem, particularly Port Klang.

Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Mohd Zapi Abdullah said the two-storey terrace houses, expected to be completed by mid-2027, will make it easier for workers in the surrounding areas to find accommodation.

“The project, which is set to be launched this July, will become a new landmark for Pulau Indah. Our target market is customers seeking tranquillity, as the geographical features of this area are particularly appealing.

“It is strategically located near the Lumut Straits, which separates Pulau Indah and Pulau Carey. It is also close to Laguna Park, ideal for family recreational activities.

“The surroundings are very attractive and beautiful. You can enjoy sunset views, and the houses are located away from the hustle and bustle of the city,” he told Media Selangor during the company's Hari Raya Aidilfitri open house event yesterday.

Zapi said the houses, priced at around RM500,000, will feature four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

“For the first phase, we will build 166 units, expected to be completed within two years after the launch. The number of units will gradually increase in stages.

“We aim to promote Pulau Indah further. The area now has an extensive network of connections, including the KESAS Highway and the South Klang Valley Expressway. In the future, there will also be a road connecting Pulau Indah to Pulau Carey,” he said.
