KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 25 — His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia has granted royal assent to six bills passed during the Third Session of the 15th Parliament from October 14 to December 12 last year to be enacted into laws as Acts of Parliament.
Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Johari Abdul announced this before commencing the Minister’s Question Time at the Dewan Rakyat sitting today.
The new laws are the Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) (Amendment) Act 2025, Data Sharing Act 2025, National Wages Consultative Council (Amendment) Act 2025, Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) (Amendment) Act 2025, Trustee (Incorporation) (Amendment) Act 2025, and Trustee (Amendment) Act 2025.
