Keadilan Wanita launches Asak system to digitally enhance management, administration

KUALA LUMPUR, March 2 — Parti Keadilan Rakyat Wanita launched the Sistem Asimilasi Struktur Asas Kepimpinan (Asak) today, aiming to enhance its branches' digital management and administration.

Keadilan Wanita chief Fadhlina Sidek said Asak is a closed official site designed to tackle ongoing challenges, encompassing the streamlining of membership management and documentation at both the state and central levels.

"This system will be fully utilised to manage and administer matters specifically related to the management data of Keadilan Wanita.

"We hope it can truly achieve our goals, especially in the context of embracing the government's desire to strengthen the digital culture among the public, starting with our party and Keadilan Wanita," she said after launching Asak today.

Fadhlina is also hopeful the system can be fully utilised at the Keadilan Wanita Annual General Meeting and Congress later this year.

Meanwhile, Keadilan Wanita national secretary Loh Ker Chean said the second phase of Asak's implementation will involve features related to the demographic analysis of its members in each area and includes facilitating the provision of assistance.

The system, encompassing information components, correspondence management, organisation, meetings, and schedules, will strengthen and standardise the administration of Keadilan Wanita from the central leadership level to the grassroots.

An online briefing session will be conducted later this month to provide understanding and clarification regarding the system's usage.

Furthermore, Asak volunteers will embark on a nationwide tour and training series scheduled from April to July this year.
