KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 22 — Takaful Ikhlas General Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MNRB Holdings Bhd, is offering 24-hour unlimited towing and roadside assistance with an added benefit.
In a statement, it said the benefit involves additional personal accident cover through Bantuan Ikhlas Supreme Takaful, an extended comprehensive motor takaful benefits plan.
“Breakdowns or accidents don’t wait for convenient hours. With our round-the-clock Bantuan Ikhlas Supreme Takaful service, participants may get towing and roadside assistance whenever they need it, day or night,” said Takaful Ikhlas president and chief executive officer Datuk Rudy Rodzila Che Lamin.
The assistance encompasses a wide range of benefits to drivers and passengers in the event of bodily injury, death or permanent disablement due to accident not just in Malaysia but also worldwide.
“Participants can enjoy the benefits of Bantuan Ikhlas Supreme Takaful with contribution starting as low as RM120."
It also offers an Inconvenience Allowance of RM500 to participants in the event that the covered vehicle is damaged due to flood.
Participants’ medical, funeral, ambulance, facial reconstruction surgery, dental treatment, taxi fare and hotel accommodation are also compensated.
This plan is offered to participants who have subscribed to Ikhlas Private Car Comprehensive Plus Takaful and Ikhlas Private Car Takaful with comprehensive cover.
