KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 3 — Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd's wholly-owned unit, Kitacon Sdn Bhd, has bagged a RM62.3 million main building works contract from KL-Kepong Country Homes Sdn Bhd for a construction project in Bandar Seri Coalfields, Selangor.
The contract commences on Aug 4, 2023, and is to be completed within 18 months, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2023, onwards until the expiry of the contract, it said.
