SHAH ALAM, May 20 — Members of the public are invited to participate in the Klang Tourism Photography 2023 competition, which began on May 10 and runs until June 15.
In a Facebook post, Tourism Selangor said participation is free and open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above.
The accompanying poster states the competition, themed Klang Ke Arah Bandaraya 2023, is offering nearly RM5,000 in total prizes.
The first-place winner will receive RM1,500 in cash, followed by RM1,000 for the runner-up, RM500 for third place, and RM250 in seven consolation prizes.
The competition features three themes, including the beauty of historic buildings in Klang, lifestyle (related to events or culture in Klang), and natural beauty.
