Mohamad Syarif Mohamad Nasser, 36, said he learned of the loans offered by the foundation through a friend.
"I have been aware of the scheme for some time now. However, it was only this year that I decided at trying my luck to apply for a loan, as 2023 has been a bit difficult.
"Yet I had no inkling applying for it would be this easy. The loan will be used as capital to grow my business, particularly in the lead-up to the Ramadan fasting month," he told SelangorKini, adding that he received a RM10,000 loan.
Mohamad Syarif was one of five i-Business applicants who were publicly feted during the Jelajah Selangor Kita Penyayang roadshow programme for the Hulu Langat district, at Taman Impian Ehsan in Hulu Langat, earlier today.
