SHAH ALAM, Dec 29 — Women and children shelter home operators in Selangor are called to apply for the grant under Wanita Berdaya Selangor (WBS) before it ends on December 31.
The agency informed that the grant is a state government initiative to help and improve shelters for women and children.
It said the grants would allow operators to carry out training for shelter workers to handle domestic violence issues.
“Applications are open until December 31. The number of approved applications is subject to evaluation by the appointed Shelter House Grant Evaluation Committee.
“Applicants who are successful to receive the grant will be notified via email,” said WBS.
