SHAH ALAM, Dec 20 — The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) is offering a 30 per cent discount on parking compound payments in conjunction with the Customer’s Day programme today.
Held at Plaza Shah Alam in Section 9, the programme runs from 11am until 5pm and it allows the public to pay their compound arrears.
According to the agency, members of the public could also check their assessment tax and other compounds, especially traffic offences and premise renovation complaints as well as make payments.
“The members of the public are invited to share their ideas, lodge complaints, give feedback and proposals for our service,” MBSA said on Facebook.
In addition, the first 50 customers to register for the programme are also eligible to receive an exclusive tiered food container as a souvenir.
