SHAH ALAM, Dec 11 — Inisiatif Buku Darul Ehsan (IBDE) is offering a combo sale that gives savings of up to 50 per cent at the Selangor International Book Fair (SIBF) 2022, which ends today.
Its Sales and Marketing manager Ainunl Muaiyanah Muhammad Sulaiman said there are three combo sets up for the offer are namely the Sipena, the Al Ghazali, and the Lincoln combo sets.
“We have received regular requests from visitors who asked for discounts if they buy the books mentioned. So IBDE got the idea to offer a combo sale that started on Wednesday and until tomorrow (today).
“The customers would get savings of up to 50 per cent for the Sipena combo set, 30 per cent savings for the Lincoln combo set and 20 per cent for the Al Ghazali combo set,” she told SelangorKini.
The Sipena combo set, which is a compilation of literary works of the winners of Hadiah Sastera Selangor, includes copies of "Sipena II", "Sipena III" and "Sipena IV", whereas the Lincoln combo offers three translated books on Abraham Lincoln, which are "Tahun-Tahun di Prairie Abraham Lincoln" (Abraham Lincoln The Prairie Years); "Tahun-Tahun Perang Abraham Lincoln" (Abraham Lincoln The War Years) and "Abraham Lincoln: Tahun-Tahun Akhir Perang" (Abraham Lincoln The War Years).
As for the Al Ghazali combo set offers all the translated works of Islamic scholars, including "Ciri Pemisah Antara Islam dan Zindik", "Penyelamat Daripada Kesesatan", and "Ilmu Kalam: Tegahan Buat Orang Awam".
Ainunl Muaiyanah said those who spend RM300 and above will also receive an exclusive IBDE t-shirt that is available in short or long sleeves worth RM45 while stocks last.
The SIBF 2022, which started on December 1 at the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) Convention Centre, ends today.
