SHAH ALAM, Nov 4 — Members of the public are advised to download or update the Selangor Mental Sihat (Sehat) 2.0 program in their SELangkah app.
State executive councillor for public health Dr Siti Mariah Mahmud said the latest updates include user display features, as well as the addition of mental health screening tests, 60 psychoeducational videos, and four Sehat modules.
"Download or update the SELangkah app on your smartphones immediately," she said in a Facebook post yesterday.

Starting in September last year, the programme was made accessible via a special button on SELangkah's main page.
Its various functions for users to explore include mental health screening, risk screening, psychoeducational videos, the WhatsDoc portal, and a mental health literacy scale.
On August 30, the state government launched Sehat with a RM500,000 allocation, to help the public with mental health issues that have become a worrying trend in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
It enables users to know the level of their mental health, through an independent screening using the 'stress scale' and 'risk check'.
Sehat was developed as a collaboration between Selangkah Ventures Sdn Bhd, the International Islamic University of Malaysia, and WhatsDoc Sdn Bhd.
