SHAH ALAM, July 12 — The Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) will open mobile counters in several locations throughout the week, so as to make it easier for the public to pay their assessment taxes, licenses and compounds.
It said the locations include the Bandar Sungai Long pasar malam today, and in Taman Paling Jaya tomorrow from 6pm to 10pm.
“MPKj will conduct an integrated revenue collection operation for July 2022 at Section 9 in Bandar Baru Bangi this Thursday, from 9am to 1pm.
"Mobile counters will also be opened on the same day at the Section 7 pasar malam in Bandar Baru Bangi, from 6pm to 10pm," said the council on its website.
Additionally, a mobile counter will be opened at the Taman Indah Batu 11 Cheras pasar malam site on this Friday, from 6pm to 10pm.
"The revenue division mobile counter programme will be carried out at Kampung Baru Balakong, in Sun Kin Wah (MPP Zone 6) this Saturday from 10am to 4pm," it said.
MPKj added that discounts on notice fees and detention warrants will also be offered to the public, in conjunction with its 25th anniversary.
"The campaign has been ongoing since January 1 and will run until December 31," it said.
