SHAH ALAM, April 24 — The application for the Anak Istimewa Selangor (AnIS) special assistance programme and Didik AnIS for 2022 will be opened on May 17.
Based on information shared on Facebook, registrations for the application can be made online at www.anisselangor.com and will be open until 31 May.
Checks on the website state that one of the application conditions for Didik Anis includes being open to all special children's education institutions and community recovery programmes.
Applicants must also be registered and undergo early intervention programmes for special-needs children in Selangor only.
Further information on the Bantuan AnIS programme will be shared in the future.
On April 21, state executive councillor for public health, unity, women development and family Dr Siti Mariah Mahmud said 692 special-needs children received help from the state government via a RM1.3 million allocation.
She added this year the state government will continue the AnIS special assistance programme and Didik AnIS with a RM1.5 million allocation.
