SHAH ALAM, Nov 22 — The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj received RM20.05 million in business tithe from seven companies on behalf of Selangor Zakat Board (LZS).
Sultan Sharafuddin received the business tithe for the 2020 financial year at Bilik Menghadap in Istana Alam Shah, Klang today.
The companies include UMW Holdings Bhd, Tenaga Nasional Bhd, Gas Malaysia Bhd, Pharmaniaga Bhd, Bank Rakyat, Northport (M) Bhd, and the Land Surveyors Board Malaysia.
Also in attendance was the Raja Muda of Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah.
