KUALA LUMPUR, July 28 — A Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) accounting student emerged first in the world in the Financial Management paper of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants’ (ACCA) examinations for the June 2021 session.
The Education Ministry (MOE) posted on Facebook yesterday that Hannah Mumtazah Ahmad Murshidi also came in first in Malaysia and second in the world for the ACCA exam Strategic Business Reporting (SBR) paper for the same session.
“She (Hannah Mumtazah) is an alumna of the 2018/2019 session Cohort 1 MOE Matriculation programme Professional Accountancy stream (JPPro), a collaboration between the ministry, UiTM and ACCA,” the post read.
The post stated that Hannah Mumtazah was currently studying Professional Accountancy at the Professional Accountancy Studies Department, Accountancy Faculty, UiTM, Shah Alam.
